Mike is on assignment to unlock us from ourselves today.

If we saw ourselves the way God did, then we wouldn’t be in the positions we’re in. We’d be walking in purpose.

Do we have any world changers in the room right now?

If God puts something in you, and you never put it in the world, you’re robbing people of God.

Unleash in faith what God put on the inside of you.

Stir up the gifts.

The book, the ministry, the song, that adoption ministry, that curriculum, they’re all saying, “let me out.”

Let it out.

The greatest version of you is inside you. Let it out. Some of you need to pause social media because you’ll need to reintroduce yourself.

This year we stopped praying for platforms unless it has a purpose.

The one thing Mike can say is that he’s made an intentional effort about is having a clear vision.

Everything has been a result of somebody’s vision — your shirt, your chair, your screen.

What are you holding that we all need?

What has been on the inside of you that you allowed a career and college diploma to keep you in fear?

This is the season where we seek God for clear VISION.

Be a victim of vision. Mike can’t go a week without doing something. That vision will start knocking.

God will give you glimpses of the future. Mike prays that you have a collision with vision — something so clear from God that it scares you — a Saul to Paul moment.

Some of you will not be doing what you’re doing right now, 12 months from now.

Pray, talk to God, hear Him, listen to God (intentionally focus).

Receiving vision from God is more important than anything you can do. A lot of us are doing stuff we’re not sure are aligned with purpose. Even those of us that are older.

If you receive it and then don’t believe it, it’s dead. You must believe.

Pray, talk to God, hear Him, listen to God, receive, and believe.

God doesn’t want you to figure life out. He wants to direct you.

All things can just work. We’ve been conditioned to believe that we have to make so many mistakes for it to turn into a messy testimony. Stop planning for it.

Preferred future. God has a preferred future for you. There’s His perfect will, and His permissible will.

What if we obeyed God the times we’ve been disobedient in the past?

Luke 18:8

8 I tell you, he will grant justice to them quickly! But when the Son of Man[a] returns, how many will he find on the earth who have faith?”

Will we be a people of faith?

You cannot have a vision with facts. You have to have a vision with faith.

You were formed with faith. It’s in your DNA.

Even using your car takes faith — it’s just become dependable. You’re used to it doing what it’s always done. That’s why you sit in restaurant chairs and put your weight on it without praying every time.

Put your weight on what God has said for you.

Don’t put your weight on your employer over God.

How long will you make God wait for you to believe His word?

God made you more than just a mom. You can nurture anything you touch. Stop letting the label limit you.

Many of us have been afraid to try.

You have to try for God’s supernatural power to come in.

1. Vision is Most Valuable

It’s more important than money. It’s more important than anything you think is important.

Something dies where there is no vision.

A lot of apathy in your life is because you don’t have a vision. Many of the anxiety and depression is coming from not having a clear vision.

Don’t let the lies of the enemy keep you in a low place.

Vision takes a man to the moon, build an airplane in a bicycle shop, leave your thriving business and follow Jesus, put your baby in a basket and still get to raise him. Vision is valuable. Has it become a personal value?

Valuable is the price of something. Value is the priority of something. Where does it fit in your priorities?

We all know health is valuable, but it’s not in everyone’s values. It proves by what we eat and drink. Some people’s urine is orange.

Money is valuable, but is financial stewardship a value? You have a ps5 and no hot water.

God wants vision to be your value.

2. Vision Must be a Value

It must be our top value.

Let’s have a vision for relationships that are not toxic.

It’s the most powerful force on earth. You can see things that are not here yet. The tesla is normal now, but a car with no motor wasn’t a thing, that’s someone’s

vision that came to life. What’s yours that can’t be released until you say yes?

Vision is the ability to see the invisible in order to make it possible.

When people see that the impossible is possible, they begin to break the barriers that were once considered impossible because someone had the vision to do it first.

Vision is not out there, it’s within you.

3. Vision is Hidden Within You

God put it in you before you were in your mother’s womb.

There’s something on the inside of you. You’ll need to excavate excuses and labels placed on you.

Ephesians 3:20

20 Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us,

The ingredients come in the box, it’s on the inside of you.

God will never give you a picture that doesn’t have everything included.

He said He’d do the work he placed on the inside of us. We’d begin to discover it if we stop thinking we’re not qualified.

It’s not just good ideas to get to your version of success.

When it’s God’s vision, it’s connected to purpose. It’ll be connected to fulfillment.

Fulfillment is more valuable than zeros in the bank. There are people with millions that have no peace.

If there’s sorrow, it might not be God. The enemy gives blessings too.

Everything good that comes is not God. Some opportunities will come because you’re good. They can seem close to being God, which is why we need to go back to hearing, listening, and receiving to walk in destiny.

Colossians 1:16

16 For in him all things were created: things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or powers or rulers or authorities; all things have been created through him and for him.

If your vision is not coming through Him and doesn’t give glory to Him, then it’s not from Him.

Stop coveting what others have, there’s often sorrow on the other side of it.

4. His Vision + Through You = for His Glory

If you can’t put your business through this filter, you might be fulfilling the wrong vision.

God is not blessing anything that He did not author.

Today let’s go back to Him for a fresh vision.

This is what we should write down and pray for.

He desires for others that don’t believe to see His glory through you — a vehicle.

5. Vision Needs a Vehicle

Will you be that vessel?

God is a good investor and He’s looking for a good investment.

Open your life to be a place where God can invest His vision.

Be a vessel.

6. Vision is God’s Investment

All you have is all you need.

Vision is the key to your future.

In the Greek, it means “coming into view.”

Seeing it before you see it, and beyond your sight. Sight is what you see with your eyes open. Close your eyes. See what you don’t need anything but faith to see.

See yourself in your new house, giving away cars, obeying God, your kids talking

to you with respect, free from addiction, your body responding in health, falling in love with the word of God, being an aid to others and not a hindrance.

Vision is an internalized clear picture that’s considered worthy of being pursued.

7. Vision Should Be Out of Reach, but Not Out of Sight

Vision shouldn’t be easy. It should be something you could not do on your own. It should be difficult to pursue and demand the assistance of God.

Getting the house may not be a vision, but building the community is.

Pastor Mike bought land to give his vision a place to grow — for his family to have homes and a community.

Don’t settle below what God has for you.

What do you need to do? Maybe it’s not 40 acres, but maybe $40 in an account that says, “blessed to be a blessing.”

8. Vision is Given to a Person but Always Fulfilled by a People

There are others waiting for you to release your vision so that they’ll be able to move in their vision.

God gathers people to start revolutions.

Even Jesus had 12 disciples.

9. Vision Demands Discipline

You have to be disciplined and consistent.

Where there is no vision, there’s no self discipline.

10. Vision Makes you Organize your Life

It makes you organize.

You might even lose some friends, some excuses, some weight…

Whatever God has given you a vision for, you can organize your life to live it out.

It’s a source of self discipline.

The greatest weapon of Satan is not to get you to do bad things, but to get you preoccupied with good things, so you don’t do the right thing.

11. Life gives you what’s good, vision tells you what’s right.

Vision is more valuable than anything this year.

12. Vision Must be Visible & Vision Must be Vocal

If it’s not, it’s a dream.

This is the year that we get clear vision from God.

Some feel so hurt and damaged, but know that God trusts people with vision in the valley. You need this moment to prepare you for what you’re actually going to do.

13. Vision is for Victory

He never gives vision for something that

will not come to pass.

Vision is for victory.

It will come to pass.

Every year, God has given this church a word as a model. God proves himself.

2015 – Survive

2016 – Maintain

2017 – Beyond

2018 – Stride

2019 – Release

2020 – Stronger

2021 – Anchored

2022 – Here is Holy

This year, 2023, the word of the year is:

KINGDOM

The Rise of a Holy Rebellion.

We are about to rebel against culture and social norms. This is the year of kingdom.

This is the only message Jesus preached. Repent, for the kingdom of God is here.

This is the start of something new. Our church is being mandated to be a kingdom church.

We will be walking and stepping in new domains.

God is the center of everything we’re doing and He holds everything together.

I love Jesus, my husband, Will, my toddler daughter, Sola, and the beautiful friends and family in our lives. Me and Will are from the Bahamas, but we currently reside in Austin, Texas. We joined TC Nation as online members of Transformation Church in 2017 when we moved to Austin from Miami, Florida.
